Today I just wanted to post something, anything really. I haven’t posted anything for a little while and I want to continue this blog “project” with as much vigor and persistence as I can muster for as long as I can. So today I’m going to post random thoughts with only the one picture in the featured image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For the record the featured image is of my sister Carol posing with the Chucky doll at the Museum of Puppetry arts in Atlanta, GA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I’m adding a new category to my blog called Random Thoughts under the General Interest parent category. For now it is a sub category. I’m learning and experimenting and growing my skills as a blogger and web site builder as I go along here, and I’m quite likely going to change things as time progresses and my understandings change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I’m not posting or re-posting the featured image inside the body of this blog. I want to see how it works out from a technical and aesthetic standpoint. I will soon see if the featured image can be seen at full resolution, which in this case the long edge is 1000 pixels. Or will it be a thumbnail only? Maybe I’ll comment my thoughts once I’ve published this post,and had a chance to see how it is presented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It occurs to me I will probably be the only person that ever comments on any of these posts. That’s sad but okay I guess. I suppose I’m doing this mostly for myself anyway. Even if I do ever read any of these things again, it will probably be because I’m dying and looking back on my life. I don’t expect many, if even any, people will ever find any of this interesting enough to read more than one or two posts. I’m probably fooling myself to think anyone would read even that much. Yes, I’m a very positive person as this paragraph clearly shows \/sarcasm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I have not yet made any real attempts to make money with my photography. Defiantly not any attempts to market using this web site yet. The only business cards I’ve handed out so far have been to coaches or teachers on school bus field trips, so they can contact me when they want me to being the bus back so they can leave. It’s probably ridiculous to use my photography business cards in that capacity. I don’t expect to get any business that way. Not really, anyway. I suppose there is some small chance that it works into something, but I’m probably just pissing them off by using that for my contact information. It is entirely accurate and I’m not actively trying to sell anything. I hope I don’t run afoul of the powers that be in control of my actual pittance upon which I survive. I would hope to get at least a warning before being fired for something this trivial. It’s better to ask forgiveness than ask for permission. Words I live and probably die by. Heh. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
There are plenty of other random thought on my mind. I had hoped to write more. I had several ideas of things to write about when I started this post, but they have slipped my mind. Random thoughts always coming and going randomly me. But I’m running out of time and need to prepare for church. Oh I have so many thoughts on the church. I probably ought not ever let most of them see the light of day though. I don’t need or want any help going to see Jesus, and as Jesus knows best simply sharing your thoughts can get you crucified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
